Very interesting quarterfinal is upon us. In the first leg Arsenal will accept at home Real Madrid. It should be a close match as both teams recently didn't convince us on the pitch. Their form is not great. In the last four matches, the Gunners have only scored five goals. It sounds better to think that Arsenal have scored throughout March and haven't lost a game since mid-February. The 0-1 loss to West Ham in the Premier League was their most recent defeat. Their defensive stats are particularly impressive. In their last 14 games, we've seen just two games with more than one goal conceded. Despite all the good statistics, a Champions League quarterfinal match against Real Madrid is a different story entirely. The guests from Madrid should have some good opportunities, to score with players like Mbappe and Vinicius but they won't have an easy time against Saliba and company. However, Arteta will have to make concessions defensively due to Gabriel's injury. Riccardo Calafiori is another central defender who is missing.
